Founded in 2008 by lead entrepreneur, Anil Prajapati, whose vision has been to empower others be successful by providing them the financial edge they need. Anil has over 17+ years of solid Accounting and Finance expertise ranging from wide variety of leading technology industries down to small businesses and individual clients. The company is 200+ clients strong, proudly built on the referrals of existing clients.
AP Accounting & Consulting offers four general core offerings: 1) Corporate, Small Business and Individual tax preparation services, 2) Accounting and Bookkeeping services, 3) Financial Planning and Roadmap/estate planning 4) Consulting services. With these core offerings, it is Anil's belief that people can not only receive financial assistance but also be empowered to handle complex decisions. Whether young or old you will benefit from what we have to offer.
Kristin Ghbeish is a native of San Jose, California and has lived in the San Lorenzo Valley for a little over 20 years. She and her husband are thrilled to have raised their 2 kids among the beauty of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Kristin has a BS in Administrative Justice from SJSU and an AS in Accounting from Cabrillo Junior College. She did her internship with the IRS-CID while attending SJSU. Kristin is also the Treasurer and Bookkeeper for Starbird Theatre in Vancouver, Washington. Kristin comes to AP Accounting & Consulting as our Office Manager and unofficial “Office Mom”.
Diane is our Technical Accountant and comes to us with a lot of previous Accounting and Bookkeeping experience. She loves living in the Santa Cruz Mountains and doing this work she enjoys.
Jenny Arnold comes from a non-profit background where here experience was in Executive Administration, supporting the Board of Directors, CEOs and CFOs. She was raised in San Jose but has called Boulder Creek home for the past 24 years. She has been an accountant with the AP consulting team since 2018. Jenny feels blessed to live in such a beautiful place with a great community and be able to raise her children in these gorgeous Santa Cruz mountains. In her off time she can be found studying various healing arts and working with herbal crafts.
